The second newsletter of the Erasmus+ project “Quality of Virtual Studies” coordinated by Kaunas University of Applied Sciences came out. The international project “Quality of Virtual Studies” aims to improve the quality of teaching/learning in virtual learning environment (VLE) and the study process by creating preconditions for recognising the results obtained during virtual mobility. A team of partners from Lithuania, Spain, Croatia, Finland and the United Kingdom has been gathered for this purpose.

The project is already halfway through and has been in progress for a year. During this period, the first intellectual product “VLE teaching/learning and assessment methods analysis report” was published and the second intellectual product “VLE teaching/learning and assessment methodology” is being finalised.

On May 17-19, 2022 the project lecturers participated in the Train the Training activity held in the UK on the pedagogical aspects of VLE and the use of Moodle tools. Currently, the lecturers are applying the acquired knowledge about teaching/learning in a virtual environment and creating 4 new virtual and international study subjects that students will test in the upcoming fall semester. These will be remote modules created by partners from Kaunas University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), Savonia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Zagreb School of Business (Croatia) and Francisco de Vitoria University (Spain).

We invite you to get acquainted with the project newsletter.
