  1. Nominate your student using our Nomination Form.
  2. Send the filled Nomination Form via e-mail incoming@go.kauko.lt.

Steps for the student

  1. Make sure you were nominated by your home university.
  2. Register in our online application system: https://incoming.kaunokolegija.lt/#
  3. Prepare the Learning Agreement (for studies / for traineeship):
  • prepare the Word draft of the Learning Agreement;
  • send it to the International Coordinator of your faculty;
  • correct it with the help of the International Coordinator if there are any mistakes;
  • get the document signed.
  1. Fill in the necessary information and upload the following documents to your application:
  • Transcript of Records;
  • copy of passport;
  • proof of English language proficiency (recommended level B2);
  • CV and motivation letter;
  • Learning Agreement with all signatures.
  1. Submit the application.
  2. Wait for the response about your acceptance.

If unable to apply online

If unable to apply in our application system, send the following documents via e-mail incoming@go.kauko.lt:

  • application form;
  • Transcript of Records;
  • copy of passport;
  • proof of English language proficiency (recommended level B2);
  • CV and motivation letter;
  • Learning Agreement (for studies / for traineeship) with all signatures.

Autumn semester: 22nd of May

Spring semester: 22nd of November

Autumn semester: 1st of June

Steps

  1. Choose the study programme.
  2. Register in our online application system: https://apply.kaunokolegija.lt/
  3. Pay the application fee of 120 EUR.
  4. Apply for Qualification Recognition at the Centre for Quality Assemssment in Higher Education.
  5. Pay the tuition fee.
  6. Get the admission confirmation.
  7. Apply for visa.
  8. Plan your arrival to Lithuania.

Necessary documents

  1. Official legalised High School Diploma including Academic Transcript;
  2. English language proficiency certificate;
  3. Copy of passport or ID;
  4. Motivation letter;
  5. Photograph;
  6. Copy of check showing paid application fee;
  7. Qualification Recognition issued by the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education.

NOTE! All the documents have to be in English or Lithuanian.

Application fee

Each applicant for full-time studies must pay the application fee of 120 EUR. The payment is non-refundable.
