• Appeals may be lodged against procedural irregularities in the assessment of learning achievements, the conduct of the final examination and the defence of the final thesis.
  • Complaints may be lodged in respect of a violation of a student’s / unclassified student’s rights and legitimate interests that may have occurred as a result of decisions of the KK.
  • If possible, it is recommended that the problem should first be dealt with by the department or faculty, or seek help from the KK Student Representative Council.
  • A student / unclassified student who does not agree with the evaluation of the learning achievements of a study course/module shall have the right to lodge an appeal to the Dean no later than within 3 working days from the announcement of the evaluation of the study course/module.
  • Appeals regarding the violation of the final examination process and the procedure of the defence of final theses may be submitted to the Director within 3 working days following the announcement of the results. The evaluation score of the final thesis and (or) final examination may not be appealed
  • Complaints regarding the violation of a student’s/ unclassified student’s rights and legitimate interests shall be submitted to the Director of the KK.
  • The appeal and complaint shall be submitted in writing.
  • The appeal shall include the date and place of the conclusion of the appeal; student’s / unclassified student’s name, surname, e-mail address, other contact details; the decision(s) against which the appeal is being submitted; the grounds (reasons) for disagreement with the decision made, confirming factual circumstances and documents; specific request of the student/unclassified student; list of attached documents.
  • The complaint shall include the student’s / unclassified student’s name, email address and other contact details; the date and place of the complaint; the grounds and reasons for the complaint; the substance of the complaint; list of attached documents or evidence.
  • Appeals and complaints must be personally signed by the student / unclassified student.
