General description: The aim of the study programme is to prepare professionals capable of making decisions ensuring food quality and safety within the entire chain of food production: evaluate the quality of raw materials, ensure that technological processes are implemented in accordance with the requirements of legal normative documents; evaluate food safety hazards and apply preventative measures to control them, and supply the market with safe and quality food products.
