On 6–8 October the 15^th exhibition “Choose a Lithuanian Product” was held in Kaunas “Žalgiris” arena, which brings together various Lithuanian manufacturers every year. Among the participants of the exhibition was the Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI) team, which invited visitors to taste experimental food products, get acquainted with applied science and art activities, and study opportunities.

The Kauno kolegija HEI team spent three days in the special science space “Competences and Skills Pop Up”, sharing ideas about what science and business can create together, inviting visitors to taste ice cream created and produced by students and lecturers of the Food Technology study programme, try freeze-dried fruits and conduct research, which showed the amount of nitrates in the fruit.
