On 20–25 August Asta Pukienė, Dinalda Simuntienė and Dr Ligita Judickaitė-Pašvenskienė participated in the 18^th international conference “Language, Individual and Society” in Burgas, Bulgaria, where they presented their research.

The conference is organised in cooperation with the Sapporo University (Japan), the Union of Bulgarian Scientists (Bulgaria) and the Science and Education Foundation (Bulgaria). During the conference, more than 70 scientists from 27 countries of the world, such as Australia, Canada, Bulgaria, China, Japan, Estonia, Israel, Norway, Philippines, Italy, Slovakia, Switzerland, Spain, United States of America, etc., presented their research. The articles of the lecturers will be published in the scientific journal of the conference.

International conferences promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge and research experience, the creation of professional connections and cooperation, and allow participants to share ideas and gain new insights.
