Quarantine has slowed down all our life’s tempo. Because of the change of life conditions, a lot of us tend to move less – gyms are closed and exercising at home is more difficult because of the lack of willingness or creativity, or space. It is important to know that even a few minutes of exercise will help to move stiff muscles and joints as well as maintain a better mood. Besides that, movement increases endorphin levels – the happiness hormone release, which improves health and strengthens the immune system, which nowadays is especially important.
