Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution has launched the international Erasmus+ project ‘Cultivating Entrepreneurial Mindset for Employment via Entrepreneurial Pedagogy in Higher Education (CEME)’, aimed at strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship and promoting innovative teaching methods in higher education. On November 6–7, the Faculty of Business at Kauno kolegija HEI hosted the first project partners’ meeting, which brought together representatives of higher education institutions from Lithuania, Belgium, Finland, Latvia, and Romania.
During the two-day meeting, partners discussed the project’s objectives, expected outcomes, and activity plan. Discussions focused on the distribution of responsibilities across work packages (WP1–WP5), communication and quality assurance strategies, as well as dissemination plans. Considerable attention was given to the application of inclusion principles, the integration of innovative teaching methods, and the sustainability of project results beyond its completion.
The meeting marked the beginning of a joint mission — to create a learning environment that fosters students’ entrepreneurship, creativity, and adaptability to the changing labour market.
