Andrea Castagna, Development Manager of the European Network of Academic Sports Services (ENAS Sport) and Ramunė Žilinskienė, Director of the Vilnius University Health and Sport Centre visited Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI).
ENAS is a membership-based organisation for the universities and higher education institutions involved in sports and physical activity.
‘This membership opens up new opportunities and many benefits to our community. By becoming ENAS member, we have the opportunity to participate in international projects, share good practices with colleagues from other European universities and higher education institutions, and contribute to the improvement of sports and wellness services,’ says Juozas Barkauskas, Head of the Wellness and Sports Centre at Kauno kolegija HEI.
Cooperation with ENAS will provide an opportunity to act innovatively, organise events and seminars that will promote an active lifestyle and involve more students in sports activities.
‘We are determined to continue developing our sports services and achieve better results together with other ENAS members. Our goal is to create an active, healthy and inclusive community!’ adds J. Barkauskas.
