Organised for the third year in a row, the international exhibition Mała Forma, where works of painting, graphics, photography, digital art, ceramics, sculpture are presented by creators from Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, as well as China, India and the USA, the lecturer of the Object Art study programme of the Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI), Lolita Grabauskienė and the student of the study programme Daiva Kupstienė, as well as Paula Kupstaitė, the student of the Conservation and Restoration of Art Pieces study programme, are participating.

Creators representing different fields of visual or applied art, belonging to several different generations, are united by the same format of works. The organisers of the exhibition, giving complete freedom to artists to realise their creative ideas, challenged them to “fit” their ideas in 20 x 20 cm format frames. The creators succeeded in overcoming this challenge perfectly, as each author submitted as many as three works to the exhibition.

At the exhibition, L. Grabauskienė presents paintings Wind over the lake, Night over the sea, Under the water, which reveal the artist’s sensitive, observant look at the environment around her and her subtlety in conveying subjective experiences in the language of symbols.

The Mała Forma exhibition will be opened on 12 November at 3 PM in the cafe-club Jonukas ir Grytutė (Jono Pauliaus II street 57, Warsaw, Poland).
