As the heroes of Ukraine are bravely fighting for the independence of their country, Kaunas University of Applied Sciences wants to remind how you can help the Ukrainians, who are currently going through a particularly difficult period.

Volunteering:

• • Initiative “Strong Together” – providing transportation and accomodation for war refugees arriving to Lithuania;
  • Volunteering in the Lithuanian Red Cross “Unity Forces”, providing humanitarian aid (packaging, sorting, transportation, distribution), first and psychological aid, registering visitors from abroad, volunteering in other activities as needed. Registration form;
  • Volunteering in “Caritas”;
  • Volunteering in the Order of Malta;

Financial support:

• • Official website in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
  • NGO “Blue / Yellow” – a non-governmental organization, which supports Ukraine, its Armed Forces and the civil population in Donbass area since 2014;
  • “Our hearts and hands – for Ukraine!” – the initiative of the Red Cross, Caritas, the Order of Malta, the Food Bank and Save the Children, to raise funds for Ukrainians fleeing the war in Ukraine. The funds raised will be used for humanitarian aid, first psychosocial care and first aid.
