Kauno kolegijos lektorė, Inovacijų agentūros darbuotoja, dizainerė, prekės ženklo „Maži dideli“ įkūrėja Edita Gajauskienė suorganizavo ir pakvietė Maisto technologija studijų programos studentus į netradicinę verslo teisės paskaitą „Žingsnis po žingsnio tikslo link“, kuri vyko Inovacijų agentūros centre Kauno „Spiečius“.
Paskaitos metu susipažinta su Inovacijų agentūros veikla, „Spiečiaus“ teikiamos paslaugomis Lietuvoje. Vieta paskaitai parinkta neatsitiktinai, nes Kauno „Spiečius“ yra išskirtinis bendradarbystės centras, skirtas versliam jaunimui (jaunesniems nei 30 m. asmenims), kas labai aktualu studentams. Pranešimą apie „Spiečius“ pristatė Inovacijų agentūros Pažangos departamento Regioninės verslo transformacijos skyriaus Vyr. projektų vadovė Brigita Taran.
Paskaitos tikslas – parodyti, pristatyti, kaip vyksta verslo steigimas maisto srityje, su kokiomis kliūtimis ir iššūkiais susiduria tiek maži, tiek dideli verslai. Paskaitoje dalyvavo verslininkai, kurie dalijosi savo sukaupta asmenine patirtimi, pristatė savo veiklas ir produkciją.
Vienas jų, Naminiai Jolantos šakočiai, kuriuos pristatė Daiva Petrauskė. Naminiai šakočiai, tai nedidelis šeimos verslas, kur pagal šimtametį, iš kartos į kartą perduodamą giminės receptą yra kepami tradiciniai šakočiai. Tikram, autentiškam ir iškirtinai kokybiškam produktui yra suteiktas tautinio paveldo sertifikatas.
Apie naudingųjų mikroorganizmų koncentratų gamybą pranešimą pristatė MB „NAMIKO LT“ vadovas Ramūnas Račkauskas. „NAMIKO“ – probiotiniai koncentratai, pagaminti iš avižų, grikių, medaus, pluoštinių kanapių, ryžių, speltų ir kt.
Studentai turėjo galimybę susipažinti su maitinimo įmonių grupe, šiuo metu valdančią penkis restoranus Kaune: „Bokštas“, „Bajorų kiemas“, „Soul“, „Soul Laisvė“, „Ji lounge“. Savo patirtimi restoranų versle pasidalino restorano „Bokštas“ vadovė Inga Braznauskienė.
Maisto ir agrotechnologijų katedros lektorė Edita Gajauskienė pasidalino pranešimu „Nuo teisės iki meno“.
Studentai džiaugėsi netradicine paskaita ir sakė: „Būtų smagu, jei tokių įdomių paskaitų būtų daugiau“.
