The course is designed for undergraduate students who study full time or come on exchange programmes to the Faculty of Business. Exchange students have to choose 24 ECTS in core subjects and free electives according to the needs of their study plans.

6 50% – Mid-semester tests; 50% – Case analysis (project) During the studies of the subject of international law, students will examine the aims, purpose, sources, institutes and norms of international law and, in accordance with the law, examine and analyze the essence of international law, the main features and principles of international public law, major international organizations, their structure and functions, international legal acts regulating international public and private legal relations, peculiarities of diplomatic and consular law and will be able to properly apply the acquired knowledge of public international law in practice, determining the place of international law in the national legal system. 6 50% – Mid-semester tests; 50% – Case analysis (project) To provide the necessary knowledge on regulatory and application practices in the field of institutional and material law of the European Union, focusing on the European Union’s policies on freedom, security and justice. To this end, after analysing the development of the EU, its fundamental objectives, its institutional structure, its functions and activities, the focus is on the general themes of EU law that the practitioner can meet most often: the historical development of EU integration, the principles of EU law, the peculiarities of the EU legal system and Peculiarities of the functioning of EU law in national law, legal remedies provided by EU law, mechanisms of functioning of the European Union fundamental freedoms, problems of European Union law and harmonization of national law, European Union cooperation in foreign and security policy, Principles and procedures of police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters , an analysis of the information, control and management systems used in this activity. During theoretical lectures and practical workshops, students will develop appropriate skills in EU legislation, national legislation and other legal instruments and special measures to make decisions and appropriately formalize them, and to acquire theoretical knowledge in practical activities. The student must be able to identify sources of EU law, the relationship between this jurisdiction and national law, to analyse EU and national case law. EU history, citizenship;

3 50% – Mid-semester tests; 50% – Case analysis The aim of the subject is to connect the knowledge of the science of philosophy with the achievements of the science of law, emphasizing the importance of philosophy for the practical activities of a lawyer.
 Students will understand the interaction and significance of philosophy and law in the professional activities of a lawyer, will be able to interpret the ideas of the principles of justice and reasonableness by analyzing practical / problematic situations of professional activity. Will know the need for „common sense“ to make autonomous and correct decisions.

The course discus changes in relevant legal science, globalization of business and legal environment (integrating articulation at the international, EU and national levels), to find and propose concrete solutions to complex international business situations, taking into account the latest theories of legal science and the requirements of professional legal ethics. Lectures are associated with the development of a lawyer’s personality, practice of eloquence, self-criticism of information assessment of formal and speaking skills. Public speech, parts of speech. It focuses on topics such as Importance of Organizational Psychology, the use of Personnel and Management Psychology, the Employees Soft Skills, Communication and Cooperation, and most important – Work-related attitudes (e.g. Commitment, Job Satisfaction, an Issue of Organizational Culture and Climate). The Course treats these topics either from the perspective of the Individual, from the perspective of the Group and by looking at Processes and Systems in the Organization such as Culture and Human Resources Management.
The Practical work serves for broadening the Students’ Knowledge and for showing its Application. After completing this Course, Students should be able to identify the Value of Organizational Psychology and actively use all the developed Soft Skills.
