General description: The aim of Gastronomy and Catering study programme is to prepare professionals capable of planning and organizing production in public catering enterprises, managing the quality of the technological processes, as well as the company‘s manufacturing resources and able to organize the events and catering or through innovations the activities of catering enterprises.
