Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, seeking to ensure the quality of provided services and each person’s right to be heard, reminds that appeals and complaints may be submitted regarding actions or inaction of the College’s employees, departments, commissions, or other governing bodies that may result in a violation of individual rights and/or legitimate interests.

An appeal or complaint must include:

  1. the person’s name, surname, place of residence, phone number, and other contact details;
  2. the date and place of drafting the appeal or complaint;
  3. the grounds and reasons for the submission;
  4. the essence of the appeal or complaint;
  5. the list of attached documents and/or evidence;
  6. any other relevant information.

The appeal or complaint must be accompanied by documents and other information supporting the circumstances described. All submissions must be made in writing and signed by the applicant:

  • when submitted in paper format – signed with a physical signature;
  • when submitted electronically – signed with a qualified electronic signature or sent from the email address provided by the College.

Anonymous notifications or complaints are not considered, except in cases where the College has the applicant’s contact details and the complaint concerns the public interest.
