2024 m. gegužės 13 – 17 d. Kauno kolegijos Technologijų fakulteto Geodezijos studijų programos dėstytojas Valdas Urbanavičius lankėsi Almatoje (Kazachstanas) Tarptautinėje švietimo korporacijoje (angl. International Educational Corporation (MOC)) pagal Erasmus+ programą.
Tęsiant glaudžius ryšius su Statybos technologijų, infrastruktūros ir vadybos fakulteto Geodezijos ir kartografijos katedros mokslininkais dalintasi gerąja patirtimi, išryškinat skirtingų valstybių profesinius skirtumus ir panašumus, aptariant studijų dalykų turinio tobulinimo ypatumus, taikant įvairesnes, inovatyvias mokymosi formas studijų procese ir kitomis vertingomis įžvalgomis.
Geodezijos studijų programos studentams paskaitų metu, pristatyti skirtingi erdvinių duomenų analizės būdai bei jų panaudojimo atvejai, dirbant tiek su dvimačiais, tiek su trimačiais duomenimis, supažindinti su bepiločių orlaivių duomenų apdorojimo programine įranga ir duomenų panaudojimo sritimis.
Dalytasi ne tik turimomis žiniomis, bet ir dalyvauta XI tarptautiniame Eurazijos architektūros, statybos ir projektavimo mokyklų festivalyje. Festivalio metu pasidalinta patirtimi mokslo, studijų ir tarptautinio bendradarbiavimo klausimais su Čekijos, Turkijos, Kazachstano, Uzbekistano, Italijos, Lenkijos ir kitų šalių mokslininkais. MOC Rektorė, technikos mokslų daktarė, profesorė M. B. Imandossova V.Urbanavičiui įteikė padėkos raštą už sėkmingą bendradarbiavimą ir dalyvavimą festivalyje.
Dėstytojas V. Urbanavičius priklauso konkurso darbų vertinimo komisijai. Tai 2023 m. studentų baigiamųjų darbų konkursas, kuriame dalyvavo ir Kauno kolegijos absolventas M. Simutis. „Geodezija ir kartografija“ sekcijai pristatęs baigiamąjį darbą „Georeferencinio pagrindo kadastro erdvinių duomenų rinkinio tikslumo tyrimas“.
Džiugu, kad vertinimo komisija Martyno Simučio baigiamąjį darbą įvertino aukščiausiais balais, kuris ir užėmė pirmąją vietą. Sveikiname Geodezijos studijų programos absolventą ir jo vadovą V. Urbanavičių su pasiektais rezultatais.
Glaudus bendradarbiavimas su tos pačios srities tyrėjais užsienio šalyse ir drauge įgyvendinami taikomieji moksliniai tyrimai yra naudingi, plėtojat tarptautinę veiklą matavimų inžinerijos srityje.
