The project aims to strengthen the critical thinking skills of future pedagogues, assess the stereotypes of the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pedagogic<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> profession <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that exist<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in society, and help construct and accumulate experience in the gradual formation of professional identity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During the implementation of the project, intensive cooperation is taking place with the project executor Klaip\u0117dos valstybin\u0117 kolegija \/ Higher Education Institution and partners Panev\u0117\u017eio kolegija Higher Education Institution, Klaip\u0117da University Student Union. Continuing the project in <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2024<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> creative video material workshops will <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">be held<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> in Klaip\u0117dos valstybin\u0117 kolegija \/ Higher Education Institution, Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution and Panev\u0117\u017eio kolegija Higher Education Institution in November. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At least six video materials will be created<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to transform teacher stereotypes. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">210<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> students will learn about the stereotypes of the pedagogue <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">profession,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">their prevalence in <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">society,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and will understand the ways and possibilities of changing the image of a pedagogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">creative workshops will be continued<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> on 4\u20135 November<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, and<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">then<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> two creative video <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">workshops<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201cTransformations of stereotypes, creating the image of a modern pedagogue<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">will be held.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>The international project \u201cOvercoming the professional identity of a modern pedagogue\u201d is financed by the State Studies Foundation.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 16\u201317 September, 2024, lecturers Jurgita Paulauskait\u0117 and Vaida Valalyt\u0117 of the Department of Education of the Faculty of Arts and Education of Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution (HEI) led creative experimental workshops on the topic \u201cOvercoming the professional identity of a modern pedagogue\u201d for students studying education.
