The relevance and importance of the topic of environmental protection do not raise any questions, but it is a challenge to interest the masses in this scientific topic. It can be overcome with creativity. Art projects are one of the ways to encourage the public to look more closely at this topic.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLiving Earth Minds\u201d (<\/span>Lithuanian: Gyvos \u017eem\u0117s mintys<\/span><\/i>) is the only international photography competition on the topic of environmental protection in Lithuania, which began to be organised almost three decades ago in Ma\u017eeikiai, during the preparation of the first international photographers’ seminar.<\/span><\/p>\n This year, more than 100 photographers of various age groups from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Serbia participated in the competition. The commission selected more than 100 of the several hundred works submitted to the competition for the exhibition \u201cLiving Earth Minds 2023\u201d, exhibited in the Ma\u017eeikiai Museum.<\/span><\/p>\n
