How to Infuse Erasmus+ Projects with Physical Activity\u201d I got ideas on how to further develop the activities of the Wellness and Sports Centre, what activities to offer, how to increase physical activity of students and employees,\u201d shares L. Mek\u0161ri\u016bnien\u0117.<\/span><\/p>\nParticipation in the international seminar also contributes to one of the main strategic goals of Kauno kolegija HEI \u2013 increasing internationality. During the seminar L. Mek\u0161ri\u016bnien\u0117 also built connections with specialists from abroad, discussed about implementation of joint international activities<\/span><\/p>\n\u201cDuring the seminar, all opportunities were created to initiate joint international projects and develop international cooperation. I think that new ideas, joint projects development with international partners can help discover new ways to increase the physical activity of members of the Kauno kolegija HEI community,\u201d says L. Mek\u0161ri\u016bnien\u0117.<\/span><\/p>\nIn order to increase physical activity of both students and employees, Kauno kolegija HEI has two gyms, an outdoor sports field, Body Design and Active Movement studios. Kauno kolegija HEI students are always encouraged to join sports teams, and employees are encouraged to participate in various sports activities organised for them.<\/span><\/p>\n
