Quarantine has slowed down all our life\u2019s tempo. Because of the change of life conditions, a lot of us tend to move less \u2013 gyms are closed and exercising at home is more difficult because of the lack of willingness or creativity, or space. It is important to know that even a few minutes of exercise will help to move stiff muscles and joints as well as maintain a better mood. Besides that, movement increases endorphin levels \u2013 the happiness hormone release, which improves health and strengthens the immune system, which nowadays is especially important.<\/p>\n
