\"\"<\/a>Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution has launched the international Erasmus+ project ‘Cultivating Entrepreneurial Mindset for Employment via Entrepreneurial Pedagogy in Higher Education (CEME)’<\/em>, aimed at strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship and promoting innovative teaching methods in higher education. On November 6\u20137, the Faculty of Business at Kauno kolegija HEI hosted the first project partners\u2019 meeting, which brought together representatives of higher education institutions from Lithuania, Belgium, Finland, Latvia, and Romania.<\/p>\n

During the two-day meeting, partners discussed the project\u2019s objectives, expected outcomes, and activity plan. Discussions focused on the distribution of responsibilities across work packages (WP1\u2013WP5), communication and quality assurance strategies, as well as dissemination plans. Considerable attention was given to the application of inclusion principles, the integration of innovative teaching methods, and the sustainability of project results beyond its completion.<\/p>\n

The meeting marked the beginning of a joint mission \u2014 to create a learning environment that fosters students\u2019 entrepreneurship, creativity, and adaptability to the changing labour market.<\/p>\n

About the project<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project is implemented under the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships action (Project No. 2025-1-LT01-KA220-HED-000361857) and runs from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027<\/strong>. The aim of the CEME project is to stimulate innovation in teaching and curriculum design so as to develop the entrepreneurial mindset\/skills of students for employment.<\/p>\n

    1. Build the capacity of HEIs to created\/upgrade curricular that incorporate entrepreneurial pedagogies;<\/li>\n
    2. Enable HEIs to measure the impact of their education from entrepreneurial point of view;<\/li>\n
    3. Enable students to develop comprehensive entrepreneurial mindset\/skills based on EntreComp model.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
