To this end, after analysing the development of the EU, its fundamental objectives, its institutional structure, its functions and activities, the focus is on the general themes of EU law that the practitioner can meet most often: the historical development of EU integration, the principles of EU law, the peculiarities of the EU legal system and Peculiarities of the functioning of EU law in national law, legal remedies provided by EU law, mechanisms of functioning of the European Union fundamental freedoms, problems of European Union law and harmonization of national law, European Union cooperation in foreign and security policy, Principles and procedures of police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters , an analysis of the information, control and management systems used in this activity. During theoretical lectures and practical workshops, students will develop appropriate skills in EU legislation, national legislation and other legal instruments and special measures to make decisions and appropriately formalize them, and to acquire theoretical knowledge in practical activities.
