Make sure you were nominated by your home university.<\/p>\n<p>2. Wait till you receive an email from Incoming mobility coordinator about the application procedures.<\/p>\n<p>3. Prepare required documents and send them to Incoming mobility coordinator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Valid passport\/ID: ensure your passport or ID is valid for the duration of your stay.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of English language proficiency: submit a certificate of having B2 level in English language.<\/li>\n<li>Academic transcript: Provide an up-to-date transcript showing your grades and courses.<\/li>\n<li>Learning Agreement: Prepare the Learning Agreement (a list of courses you plan to take during Erasmus+ mobility) and have it signed by your home university coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. If your application is successful, you will receive an official acceptance letter from Incoming mobility coordinator with next steps and other additional details.<\/p>\n<p>5. Depending on your nationality, you may need to apply for a visa, so inform Incoming mobility coordinator and prepare additional documents, like: proof of financial means (such as Erasmus+<br \/>\nfunding or personal savings).<\/p>\n<p>6.
