Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, seeking to ensure the quality of provided services and each person\u2019s right to be heard, reminds that appeals and complaints may be submitted regarding actions or inaction of the College\u2019s employees, departments, commissions, or other governing bodies that may result in a violation of individual rights and\/or legitimate interests.<\/p>\n

An appeal or complaint must include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. the person\u2019s name, surname, place of residence, phone number, and other contact details;<\/li>\n
  2. the date and place of drafting the appeal or complaint;<\/li>\n
  3. the grounds and reasons for the submission;<\/li>\n
  4. the essence of the appeal or complaint;<\/li>\n
  5. the list of attached documents and\/or evidence;<\/li>\n
  6. any other relevant information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The appeal or complaint must be accompanied by documents and other information supporting the circumstances described. All submissions must be made in writing and signed by the applicant:<\/p>\n
