The online international scientific–practical conference “Art, Design, Languages and Education: Innovations in Theory and Practice” (ADLE) organized by the Faculty of Arts and Education of Kaunas University of Applied Sciences is already on Thursday, December 9, at 9.20 am.

In the plenary session of the conference assoc. prof. dr. Jovita Sakalauskaitė and PhD Kelly Liang (RA Tsinghua University) will talk about sustainability in art and art education, writer and journalist PhD Ramūnas Čičelis will cover the dystopian panorama of Lithuanian art criticism, PhD Irene Rabinovich (Holon Institute of Technology) will read a report about academic „friendship“, the plenary session will be finished by teacher, founder of the „Family Lab Academy“, PhD student, lecturer Jovita Starkutė, whom will find an answer to the question: why changes in education start with each of us?. Participants of the international conference will be invited to five panels after the plenary session:

    • “Challenges in Language and Translation Studies”

    • “Inclusive Education, Creativity and Critical Thinking in the Context of Arts”

Every year, the exhibition “New Perspectives” accompanies the international conference “Art, Design, Languages and Education: Innovations in Theory and Practice”. This year, the Faculty lecturers and graduates engage the viewer to think over the past and present, the surrounding reality and its experience, constant change, the search for balance, and the power of the imagination in the virtual exhibition.
