Students of Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution are invited to live in dormitories located in Kaunas and Alytus. The dormitories provide all the necessary conditions for comfortable living.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND ROOMS
The dormitory located at Taikos ave. 121 (Kaunas) can accommodate up to 300 students. It is situated right next to Kauno kolegija Higher Education Institution , making it a perfect choice for students who have lectures in the Pramonės Ave. campus buildings. This 5-storey dormitory offers several types of rooms:

• Block-type room with private facilities – students live in blocks consisting of two rooms, each block has its own bathroom and WC.
• Double room
• Triple room

For students’ convenience, common facilities (WC, showers, kitchens) are available on every floor.

Room prices

Room prices depend on the type of room:
Block-type room with private facilities – from €135/month to €155/month (€15/day);
Double room – from €130/month to €140/month (€15/day);
Triple room – from €80/month to €90/month (€12/day).

 

For the monthly fee, each student is provided with the assigned furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair). The dormitory also offers additional services:
Laundry – €3 per wash, €2 per drying;
Bedding rental – €20/month (changed twice a month).

Additionally, depending on availability and upon request, students may rent household appliances and equipment:
One-time fee of €20 for a dish set (cup, plate, cutlery);
€10/month for a refrigerator;
€5/month for a microwave oven;
€2/month for a kettle.

Additional fees:
A refundable security deposit of €200;
A €20 fee for issuing the room key and access card;
A €20 administration fee applies if a student changes rooms more than once per academic year.
During summer, if a student does not live in the dormitory but wishes to keep the room reserved, a fee of €40/month is charged.

Payment details are available and can be managed through the eDormitory system.
