Kaunas University of Applied Sciences together with Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania) organizes the 4th International Contest “Food Technologist 2019”. More than 50 students from Lithuania, Belarus, Romania and Turkey are ready to show their competence in the field of food technology. 18 teams have registered to the contest!
The contest consists of two stages. On the 22nd of November, 2018, the participants will have a remote test about microbiology, food technology, food safety and quality, physics, engineering. Teams with the best results will be invited to participate in the second stage, which will be held on the 22nd of February, 2019 at Kaunas University of Applied Sciences. The participants of the contest will have to accomplish sensory analysis, microbiology and food quality testing and other practical tasks in the laboratories.
